The rates below apply to all members, regardless of martial status. Children under the age of 3, as of May 1, are free.

New members are assessed a one-time $350 Stock Fee that can be refunded when the members decide to discontinue membership. Please be aware that if a membership is surrendered and no contact is made with Southland by the member or spouse to "cancel" the membership, the stock fee will also be surrendered to the Club by the member.
At this time, membership fees cannot be accepted online. Members must mail the invoice form emailed to them or the one attached below with their payment to Southland Family Club, PO Box 601, Bowling Green, KY 42102.

2021 Age Requirement for Independent Children and Babysitters
Children must be at least 14 years of age by May 22, 2021 in order to remain at Southland without their adult's supervision.
Babysitters of members' children, must be at least 14 years of age by May 22, 2021 in order for them to remain at Southland without additional adult supervision.
It someone if found to be not meeting the age requirements, individuals will be asked to wait at the deck until the member must come and pick them up.

Member Sign-in
Like years prior, for your safety, Southland Family Club has a pool check-in system requiring a numeric sign in for all Southland Family Club members. Checking in must take place every time a member enters the pool for the day.
This year we also have key-fobs. Members can get the first key-fob for free, and then they are available for purchase at the front desk for additional ones.

Guests
Southland Family Club happily welcomes guests and enjoys having them. Please follow these guidelines for your guests:
- Guest must be accompanied by a member. This rule MUST be followed. Pool management will not allow any nonmember to enter the pool unelss they are accompanied by a member and all guest fees are paid in full.
- Each family/member is allowed 25 "local" guests each season. Local guests are those whom live in Warren County. The are no set limits on guest whom live outside of Warren County.
- Each guest must be noted on the sign-in sheet at checkin when entering with the member.
- Guest entry fee is $5 per guest (3 years of age and older), per visit, paid in full at the sign-in desk. If no staff member is present at the desk, pay the $5 guest fee at the concession stand.
- These guest fees help provide for the purchase of new and improved pool furnishings. If guest fees are not paid, guests will not be allowed to enter the pool area, or will be asked to leave.
Children Living Outside the Home
Children who live outside of the member's household and are not dependents of a member family must have their own membership. Membership can easily be transferred within a family.
Swim Lessons are available through several of the lifeguards!
