Becoming a member of Southland is simple! Three Steps!
Step 1 - Submit your application online using the link below (application includes a $20 application fee)
Step 2 - If your application is approved, you will receive an invitation to join via email.
Step 3 - If your application is approved, you'll pay a one-time stock-fee (info below) and the current year's dues.
To join, applicants must complete the application with a $20 non-refundable application fee. If approved for membership, applicants will be invited by email. It is the applicant’s responsibility to update Southland with any changes in contact information. Applicants may be removed from the list if contact attempts are unsuccessful at the time of invitation.
MEMBERSHIP INITIATION FEE: $350 with cash/check discount. $370 online (only paid the first year of membership)
As of 2/3/26, new members are assessed (in addition to their annual membership fee) a one-time initiation fee of $350 to be remitted at time of application approval.
Note: Stock certificate will be issued in joint names unless specifically requested otherwise.
